TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of digital products sold by Industry Command Systems. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Industry Command Systems sells pre-built downloadable operational-management tools for existing service-based businesses. No physical product is shipped. Product pages describe the files included, the intended use, and the applicable one-time price.

2. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The Commercial Cleaning Business Operating System is currently offered for $97 USD as a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. Payment, applicable taxes, receipts, and checkout processing are handled through the payment platform identified at checkout.

3. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY

After successful payment, customers receive immediate electronic access to the purchased files through the checkout and delivery platform. Delivery does not require customization, consulting, manual fulfillment, or additional work by Industry Command Systems. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and for downloading and securely storing their files.

4. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE

A purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for the purchaser’s own internal business operations. The purchaser may create reasonable working copies for internal use. Products may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly posted, shared with unrelated third parties, redistributed, or presented as the purchaser’s own product.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for entering, reviewing, maintaining, and protecting their own business information; confirming that their software and device can open workbook and PDF files; and deciding whether and how to use the product. Customers should independently verify calculations, pricing decisions, financial inputs, and business records before relying on them.

6. NO CONSULTING OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

Products provide general operational-management tools and information. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, regulatory, or other professional advice. A purchase does not create a consulting, agency, partnership, franchise, or continuing-services relationship.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Industry Command Systems does not guarantee revenue, profit, business performance, regulatory compliance, or any particular result. Results depend on the customer’s own information, decisions, operations, and use of the product.

8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES

Industry Command Systems may correct descriptions, update product files, or change future pricing and availability. Changes do not create a recurring charge or alter a completed one-time purchase unless expressly agreed to by the customer.

9. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy displayed on this website and by any non-waivable rights under applicable law. The checkout provider or merchant of record may assist with payment or refund processing.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Product files, documentation, branding, and website content remain the intellectual property of Industry Command Systems or their respective rights holders. No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION

Products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Industry Command Systems disclaims implied warranties not expressly stated and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
