REFUND POLICY

Effective date: September 15, 2026

Industry Command Systems sells downloadable digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, completed digital purchases are generally final once access to the files has been provided, subject to applicable law and the exceptions described below.

WHEN A REQUEST MAY BE REVIEWED

Please contact us if:

• You received an incorrect product file

• A delivered file is corrupted, defective, or cannot be accessed because of a verified delivery problem

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law

We may first provide reasonable troubleshooting assistance, a corrected file, or replacement access. If a verified product or delivery problem cannot be corrected, a refund may be approved.

REQUESTS THAT ARE GENERALLY NOT ELIGIBLE

A refund is generally not provided because a customer changed their mind, decided not to use the product, expected a feature not stated on the product page, lacks compatible software, or did not achieve a particular business result. Customers should review the product description, included files, price, and system requirements before purchasing.

HOW TO REQUEST ASSISTANCE

Email dualportfolio@outlook.com with the purchaser’s name, purchase email address, order reference if available, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

PAYMENT PLATFORM PROCESSING

The payment platform or merchant of record identified at checkout may process approved refunds and may apply its own procedures or legal obligations. Refund timing after approval depends on the payment provider and the customer’s financial institution.

NO SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

The Commercial Cleaning Business Operating System is a $97 USD one-time purchase. It does not create a recurring subscription, so there is no recurring plan to cancel.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to a purchase.
